- Can Claude run ads on ChatGPT?
- Yes. ChatGPT Ads has its own advertiser API, and Adako talks to it with a key from ChatGPT Ads Manager at ads.openai.com. Claude calls Adako’s tools: it reads campaigns and results, drafts chat cards and proposes launches, and every write waits for your approval.
- Does Claude see my ChatGPT Ads API key?
- No. You paste the key on the Adako Accounts page, where it is checked against the ad account and stored encrypted. Claude holds an Adako token only. Removing the key from Adako does not revoke it: delete or rotate it in ChatGPT Ads Manager to retire it everywhere.
- Can I check a chat card in Claude before connecting an ad account?
- Yes. The chat card check calls no ad platform and needs no connected account, so Claude can test a title, body, image and link as soon as the Adako connector is added. It is free, and it lists every problem at once.
- Can Adako manage ChatGPT Ads?
- Yes. Connect with your ChatGPT Ads advertiser key on the Accounts page and your assistant can read campaigns, ad groups, chat card ads, pixels and performance, and create campaigns paused. Every write waits for your approval.
- Where do I get a ChatGPT Ads API key?
- In ChatGPT Ads Manager at ads.openai.com, under Settings, API keys. A key from the OpenAI developer platform does not work. If Settings has no API keys section, the ad account does not have API access yet, and OpenAI grants it on request.
- What is a chat card ad?
- The one ad format on ChatGPT Ads: a title of 3 to 50 characters, a body of up to 100, a square image of at least 400 pixels a side, and an https link. Adako checks all four before anything is created, and the check is free.
- Can an AI agent write and launch ChatGPT ads?
- It can draft the card, resolve the locations and build the campaign, ad group and ad in one proposal. Nothing is created until you approve it, and then the campaign is created paused. The ad serves only after you turn the campaign on and the platform approves the ad.
- Why is my ChatGPT ad not running?
- Usually one of three things: the ad or the account is still in review or was rejected, the platform reports a serving issue such as a missing brand favicon, or the campaign is paused. Ask your assistant why the campaign is not delivering and Adako reads all three back with the reason.
