Connect Grok
Grok takes a remote MCP server as a custom connector. You paste one URL and sign in.
Steps
- Open Grok in a browser and go to Plugins.
- Choose New Connector, and enter the name and the MCP server URL below.

https://adako.ai/mcp - Complete the Adako authorization screen if Grok asks for it.
- Start a new chat and turn the Adako connector on for it.
Test it
Ask for something read-only first. This call is free and changes nothing.
Using Adako, tell me which ad accounts are connected.You should get back what is connected, which account is active, and two or three prompts worth trying next. If nothing is connected yet, the answer says so and links to the Accounts page.
No New Connector button?
Custom connectors sit on Grok’s paid tiers. On a Business or Enterprise team an admin adds the connector first, in the xAI console under Add Connector, then Other, which needs Team Read-Write permission.
When a write comes back as a proposal
Under the inbox policy, a write returns a proposal id and a diff instead of a result. Say “approve it” in the chat, or open Approvals and approve it there. Under direct, your confirmation in the chat is the approval.
